Corporate Partner Agreement

This Corporate Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed on this 6th day of March 2026 (“Effective Date”),

InPAT pro Private Limited, (hereinafter referred to as “InPAT pro”),

____________________, (hereinafter referred to as “Corporate Partner”).

1. PURPOSE

1.1 InPAT pro provides simulation-based courses for upskilling finance and accounting teams.

1.2 Corporate Partner intends to utilize InPAT pro's platform for internal team training and assessments.

2. SUBSCRIPTION

2.1 The Corporate Partner shall subscribe to the Yearly Subscription Plan for ₹25,000 + GST.

2.2 Credits worth ₹25,000 shall be allocated annually upon successful payment.

2.3 Credits can be used for course enrollment and certifications for employees.
