All fees paid to InPAT pro for our white-label course solutions, including but not limited to commitment fees, student access fees, and any other service charges, are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is made and access to our course materials, faculty training, or technical integration support is provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

We are committed to providing high-quality course content, comprehensive faculty training, and robust technical support. We encourage all prospective partner Institutes to thoroughly review our offerings, ask any questions, and understand the terms of our partnership before making a financial commitment.

3. Understanding Our Model

Our white-label model involves significant upfront investment in content development, platform integration, and faculty training resources. The fees collected are utilized to maintain and enhance these services, ensuring continuous value for our partner Institutes. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to intellectual property and training resources, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, and solely at the discretion of InPAT pro, we may consider alternative resolutions. However, this does not imply a right to a refund and any such resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
