Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 31, 2025
Welcome to InPAT pro. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our partner training institutes, colleges, CA firms, and their students. This Privacy Policy explains how InPAT pro ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our white-label course solutions and related services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
We collect various types of information in connection with the Services we provide:
- Information from Institutes: When an institute partners with InPAT pro, we collect information necessary for account setup, service delivery, and billing. This may include institute name, contact person's name, email address, phone number, billing information, and details about the courses they wish to white-label.
- Information from Students (via White-Label): Through our white-label model, institutes integrate our courses into their platforms. In this context, InPAT pro may process student data (such as name, email, course enrollment, progress, and completion status) on behalf of the institute. The institute remains the primary data controller for student information, and InPAT pro acts as a data processor.
- Usage Data: We may collect information about how the Services are accessed and used. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
2. How We Use Information
InPAT pro uses the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Services, including delivering white-label course content and faculty training.
- To manage your account and provide customer support to institutes.
- To monitor the usage of our Services and improve course materials and platform functionality.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues.
- To fulfill our contractual obligations with partner institutes.
- For marketing and promotional purposes, with your consent where required.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information in the following situations:
- With Partner Institutes: Student data processed through our white-label solution is shared with the respective partner institute as per our agreement, as the institute is the data controller.
- Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing). These third parties have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
- Business Transfers: If InPAT pro is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information where required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

4. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following data protection rights:
- Access: The right to request copies of your personal data.
- Rectification: The right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or complete information you believe is incomplete.
- Erasure: The right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
- Restrict Processing: The right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- Object to Processing: The right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
