Before Onboarding with Zoho

Do's

Promote your institute and its training capabilities using your own branding.
You may mention that you provide training on Zoho products, without claiming an official association.
Share any Zoho-related promotional content with the Zoho team for approval before publishing.

Don’ts

Do not claim to be a Zoho Authorized Training Institute/Partner before onboarding is completed.
Do not use old or outdated Zoho logos.
Do not post Certification shared as a sample in social media.
Do not use terms such as “Official Zoho Training,” “Zoho Certified Institute,” or similar claims without approval.
Do not create advertisements that give the impression that the training is officially conducted, endorsed, or sponsored by Zoho.
Avoid over-hyped or misleading marketing claims.
Do not create or publish promotional posters that heavily emphasise discounts or significantly reduced prices.

After Onboarding with Zoho

Do's

Use only the latest Zoho-approved logos and brand assets shared with you.
Update your website with the approved Zoho Books course details and curriculum.
Use the official Zoho and Zoho Books logos on your training institute banners and marketing flyers.
Use the approved designation: “Zoho Authorized Training Institute for the Zoho Finance Suite of Products.”
Follow Zoho’s branding and logo usage guidelines.
Keep all promotional information accurate, relevant, and up to date.
Get the content vetted by the Zoho team wherever required.
Tag official Zoho Books social media handle for student certifications and engagements.

Don’ts

Do not modify, distort, recolor, or recreate Zoho logos.
Do not use old Zoho or Zoho Books logos.
Do not combine the Zoho logo with your institute logo.
Do not make unapproved claims about certification, partnership, or endorsement.
Do not use misleading statements like “India’s No. 1 Zoho Institute” or “Guaranteed Placement.”
Do not use Zoho branding for unapproved services or courses.
Do not promote other Zoho products unless authorized.

Branding Assets Note:

Always ensure you are using the New Zoho Logo and New Zoho Books Logo. Avoid using any legacy or outdated branding assets in your promotional materials.
